Mathematics is a device providing us a language to understand the world. We don’t see mathematics as a stable informational entity that is only taught in the class. We believe that math can be learned better with realistic connections that are related to life itself. Students use mathematics as a type of thinking rather than a series of information and equations that require memorizing.
We aim for the students to discover mathematics and value its infinite and fun world. For this purpose, they learn themes and concepts, such as patterns, numbers, four operations skills, data evaluation, assessment and geometry using concrete materials appropriate for their age group.
